Alfa Romeo brought to Geneva the Quadrifoglio Verde versions of MiTo and Giulietta models. Both come with more powerful engines and new aesthetic details .
The Italian manufacturer has lined its stand in Geneva with two special edition MiTo and Giulietta models. The Quadrifoglio Verde editions were named in honor of the symbol that made history in motorsport events.
Alfa Romeo Giulietta Quadrifoglio Verde
Giulietta adopts a new four-cylinder 1.75 liter, all-aluminum constructed engine. The unit provides 240 horsepower and 340 Nm, only 5 more horsepower than the previous version. Resources are managed by a semiautomatic transmission with double clutch.
There is no option for a manual gearbox, but even so, the model sprints from 0-100 km/h in 6.6 seconds, 0.2 seconds faster than the previous version. The maximum speed will have a value of 240 km/h.
On the exterior, the new Giulietta Quadrifoglio Verde comes with large exhaust pipes, 17 or 18 inch wheels, glossy anthracite mirror housings and completely new front grille and door handles. The interior gets a new dashboard, new leather seats covered in Alcantara, a redesigned steering wheel with white sewing thread on like the gearshift and handbrake handle .
Alfa Romeo MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde
On the other hand , the little MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde enjoys a 1.4 liter four-cylinder gasoline engine, able to offer 170 HP and a sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 7.2 seconds. Maximum speed is 219 km/h.
The exterior is easily personalized with a matte grey exterior paint called Magnesio Grey, a rear spoiler with a new finish new handles for doors and 17-inch wheels.
The interior gets black leather, contrasting stitching on the steering wheel, the instrument cluster has the Quadrifoglio Verde logo.
