Lamborghini has released the first official pictures of the concept Elemento Sesto, model that the Italian manufacturer will unveil at the Paris Motor Show.
After Lamborghini kept us breathless for two weeks with a series of teasers that slowly revealed details of a radical concept, it’s time to see the first official pictures of the prototype. Officially called Sesto Elemento (sixth item), the concept comes with aggressive lines and sporty allure that is not by far taken from the design of the Gallardo, the smallest and lightest model in the Lambo family.
The main feature of the concept on which Lamborghini officially presented this evening during an event held on the eve of the opening of the Paris Motor Show, is extremely lowered its weight: only 999 kg. It’s the easiest concept Lamborghini ever created, so the 5.2-liter V10 engine and 570 hp prototype fitted leads in just 2.5 seconds from 0-100 km / h. So with no more than a second less than the figures from the book’s technical Gallardo Superleggera, which has the same engine model.
The design chapter, Sesto Elemento not impress just as he did Estoque, Lamborghini’s latest concept, but its lines would form the basis for next generation Gallardo. However, the ubiquitous presence of carbon fiber, which is found on all the car’s exterior, is guaranteed an appearance as spectacular as it is attractive.
